Core Viewer comes with the full cloud solution to upload documents to VectorViewer cloud which is a One-time activity for clients to push the documents to AWS Cloud via VectorViewer’s APIs. Document once uploaded can be opened by anyone with access to that document using a simple handshake mechanism. All the actions performed on the document is kept track via dashboard statistics and advanced auditing. Clients also have access to VectorViewer’s Multi Tenant enabled Dashboard that will ease out the process of managing all their tenants (if a software vendor/reseller).
Other basic things such as Editing your documents directly from the cloud Adding a new page, delete a page, copy existing page to new page can be easily performed. In addition orientation of pages can be changed by rotating them in any direction and also rearrange pages by simple drag and drop. Finally documents can be exported original format or in the default PDF format.
Annotator VectorViewer’s annotator provides a way to add annotations, e-signatures, redactions and watermarks to the documents. These annotations can be things like comments, notes, explanations, or other types of external remarks that can be attached to a Web document or to a selected part of a document. All annotations are stored as a layer on top of the original document to ensure that the original document is untouched. VectorViewer also supports the feature of redacting or hiding sensitive information from documents such as SSN, TaxIDs, DOB and other information in a document from common users due to privacy concerns.

The current supported actions are various shapes (arrow, box, circle, line..), Custom Text, Sticky Notes, Filled boxes, Underlining/ Strikethrough/ Highlighting text & dynamic Watermarks, adding rubber stamps or adding e-signatures.
Fillable Forms VectorViewer offers FillableForms as one of its module using which clients can configure a PDF forms via its user friendly dashboard designer. Existing PDF Forms can be uploaded and configured in VectorViewer’s Forms Designer. Configuration rules such as marking a field as an Amount field , or configuring a field containing TaxId as a Masked field, or passing some default values to the form, marking a field as disabled and so on can be easily done using the friendly Forms Designer. VectorViewer also supports advanced rules definition on any Form field using Custom Javascript functions that gets attached to the each field in the form.
The most liked feature of VectorViewer’s Fillable forms is the ability to setup a multi stage/multi user Digital Signature flow on a given form. With this feature, a fillable form can be configured to take inputs from multiple users and also get digitally signature from them at different stages. Further more each field in the form can be setup to be filled by a specific user role at a given stage. FillableForms also integrates with DocuSign for Digital Signatures or clients can choose inbuilt e-signatures to capture user signatures.
Global Forms — VGlobal Forms are the type of forms that are commonly used and the ones that does not need user inputs and can be generated by clients on behalf of their users automatically based on the data they already have. Example could be the year end tax forms such as W2, 1099, 1040 etc. Out fo the box VectorViewer supports many such forms that are available for all clients to use. In addition clients and their tenant can upload Global Forms that will be available for their end users only. These Global Forms can be generated either in bulk for all the users in the background or can be done via simple UI action from end users to generate a form for them.
