Setting up VectorViewer Fillable Forms or EForms to sign using DocuSign digital signature is pretty easy task if you are using VectorViewer for your fillable forms. For better understanding and flow of events, the steps are listed below
- If you dont have an account with Docusign, signup and get access to the digital authentication keys from your Docusign portal to integrate it with VectorViewer
- VectorViewer team will assist you to setup your account (SaaS or on-prem) and link it with DocuSign.
- Once the setup is ready, go to the VectorViewer client dashboard and start configuring the PDF Form that you want to make Fillable online.
- Choose the fields in the form that you want to be signable in the VectorViewer forms designer
\5. Save the form configurations and then on the form flow, choose DocuSign as your Digital Signature provider
\6. Now go ahead and publish the form and you are all ready to send the forms to your end users and also digitally sign it using Docusign digital signatures.
\7. When end users get the form to fill, he will taken to DocuSign when he fills up the form and hits submit. VectorViewer recognizes the forms that are configured to be signed by Docusign and redirects the page to Docusign with loaded PDF Form.
\8. Once the document is digitally signed he will be redirected to the origin of the form (could be your client portal etc).
\9. Digitally signed documents cannot be tampered and VectorViewer internally maintains these signed forms in cloud too.
